Ordering and Payment
How do I order on your webshop?
You can easily order by adding products to the cart and following the purchase process. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
It is possible to pay with Visa, Visa-electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, PayPal, ApplePay and ShopPay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@klarborg.com if you wish to change or cancel your order.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Either the email was entered incorrectly, or the payment was not approved correctly. Therefore, your order has been automatically cancelled.
Delivery & returns
What is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 1-3 business days. However, during peak seasons, longer delivery times may occur.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping prices depend on the delivery method. We offer free shipping on purchases over 499kr to GLS parcel shops.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, as a consumer, you have a 60-day full return right and a 365-day exchange guarantee when you shop with us. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Gift wrapping & gift card
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping on our webshop. But in our store Gammelbo we are very happy to wrap your gifts.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used on our webshop and in Store Gammelbo.
Products & maintenance
How do I best take care of my Klarborg figures?
We recommend that the figures are stored dry and not exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Can my Elfs withstand being outside?
No, our products do not tolerate direct sunlight, water or frost.
Are all your Elfs hand-painted?
Yes, our Elfs are hand-painted, which makes each figure unique.
Will there be new collections during the year?
Yes, we launch new collections for spring, summer, Christmas and winter.
When will the Elfs that are dormant in stock be available again?
Unfortunately, we cannot say when they will be back in stock.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes, Store Gammelbo, Rødhusvej 201, 9490 Pandrup.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us regarding your order via email at info@klarborg.com. If you have questions about products in our store, contact us by phone at +45 98 24 53 43.
Can Etly Klarborg sign my items?
Since Etly is often busy in her workshop, she only signs in connection with customer evenings and city nights.
Can I get new name tags for my items?
Unfortunately, you cannot, as we do not have extras in stock.
Can you tell me how many Elfs are produced of each?
No, unfortunately. We only share that with the elves themselves.
Do you have a physical collector's catalog?
No, unfortunately not. We refer to our collector's catalog on the website. You can find it here.
May I create my own patterns based on your products - e.g. knitting, crochet, embroidery or bead patterns?
You are welcome to make patterns for personal use, but you may not distribute or sell the finished product, as that is a violation of our copyright. Everything you make with Etly Klarborg's designs may only be used for personal use and must never be sold further.
