"In the calm of winter, I find inspiration," says Etly. "Each figure gets its personality from nature's own magic - a couple of round shapes from a freshly made snowman, big wondering eyes like a seal pup in the snow, or maybe a crooked smile from a child on the sled hill." This inspiration from winter's joys makes each figure unique and alive.
