If there is a defect on the item or the item is broken upon receipt, you must contact us at info@klarborg.com. We will then send a new item as soon as possible and include a return label in the package.
Exchange of items
We offer a 365-day exchange guarantee at Etlyklarborg.dk and in our Store Gammelbo. If you simply wish to exchange the item, please contact us and inform us about the exchange, then you must use this Klarborg Return Portal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 60-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 60 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The period means that you have 60 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@klarborg.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to accept the item without notifying us. You can easily and quickly buy a return label here and get the return form Klarborg ApS - Return Portal (shipmondo.com) If you have other questions, you are welcome to send us an email at info@klarborg.com
Withdrawal of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order.
Note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you withdraw part of your purchase.
Terms for returning products acquired with a free gift:

Right of withdrawal:
If you have received a free product as part of your purchase, either by buying a package of products or by reaching a certain amount, your right of withdrawal is conditional on the entire order being returned. This means that if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, all products in the order, including the free gift, must be returned.
2. Partial return:
If you only wish to return part of the order, it is not possible to get a refund for the returned items. Instead, you have the following options:
* Exchange: The returned items can be exchanged for other items of equivalent value.
* Credit note: You can choose to receive a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned items.
Online orders from before April 22, 2025, CANNOT be exchanged in our store, and you are asked to contact us at Info@klarborg.com if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange an item on an order from before April 22, 2025
RETURNING - 60 days full return policy
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase within the 60 days, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
When returning, please use GLS (possibly via our return portal below) - not alternative parcel distributors. This makes it possible to track the item if it gets lost during the return shipment. You should send the item securely packaged - along with a copy of the invoice and please clearly state that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and therefore want to be refunded the price of the item. The item should be securely packed and preferably in the original packaging.

Condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount refunded. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you only get the shipping costs refunded.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may cause a depreciation of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back on the purchase card. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notice that you want to withdraw from the agreement.
We refund the money to the same payment method or payment card that you used for the purchase.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it personally at the above address.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance selling (to private individuals) - they do not apply to goods purchased in our store nor goods sold to businesses.
Note that donations to the Christmas seal fund are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means you have a right of complaint for 24 months. Contact us before you send the item.
If your complaint is justified, it means you can either have the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in secure packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.
