Ordering and payment
How do I order at your webshop?
You can easily order by adding products to the basket and following the purchase process. Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
What payment methods do you accept?
It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Edankort, Visa, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, PayPal and MobilePay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at Info@klarborg.com, if you wish to change or cancel your order.
Why haven't I got an order confirmation?
Either the mail is written incorrectly, otherwise the payment is not approved correctly. Therefore, your order has automatically been canceled.
Delivery & return
How long is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 1-3 business days. In high seasons, however, longer delivery time may occur.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping prices depend on the delivery method. We offer free shipping when buying over 499kr to GLS Package Shop.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, as a consumer you have 60 days full return policy and 365 days of barter guarantee when you shop with us. The item must be returned in original condition.
Gift wrapping & Gift Card
Offers in gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping on our webshop. But in our shop Gammelbo We very much like to pack your gifts.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used on our webshop and in store Gammelbo.
Products & Maintenance
How do I fit best at my Klarborg-figures?
We recommend that the figures be stored dry and not exposed to direct sunlight for a long time.
Can mine Elfs keeping standing out?
No, our products do not directly withstand sunlight, water or frost.
Are all yours Elfs Hand -painted?
Yes, ours Elfs is hand -painted, making each figure unique.
Are there new collections during the year?
Yes, we are launching new collections for spring, summer, Christmas and winter.
When will they come Elfs There are hibernation in stock again?
Unfortunately, we can't say anything about when they're back in stock.

Can Etly Klarborg signing my items?
As Etly Often is busy in her workshop, she signs only in connection with customer evenings and by-nights.
Can I get new name tags for my items?
Unfortunately, you can't, as we don't have extra in stock.
Can you tell how many Elfs being produced by each?
No, unfortunately. We only share this with the gnomes themselves.
Do you have a physical collector catalog?
No, unfortunately not. We refer to our collector catalog on the website. You'll find it here.
May I make my own recipes based on your products-eg knitting, crochet, embroidery or pearl recipes?
You may want to make recipes for your own consumption, but do not pass on or sell the finished product as it is a breach of our copyright. All you are doing with Etly Klarborg's designs may only be used for own consumption and must never be sold further.
