Is the item damaged upon receipt or are there any errors?
If there are errors on the item or item is broken upon receipt, please contact us at Info@klarborg.com. Then we ship a new item as soon as possible and attach a return label in the package.

Cancellation right

As a consumer, you have 60 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The cancellation deadline expires 60 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means you have 60 days from receipt to notify us that you will undo your purchase. You can send an email to info@klarborg.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing receipt of the item without notifying us. You can easily and quickly buy return label here and get the return form Klarborg ApS - Return Portal (Shipmondo.com) If you have other questions, please feel free to send us an email at info@klarborg.com 

Cancellation of part of the purchase:

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. 
Please note that you will not get the shipping cost back if you regret part of your purchase. 


Terms of returning products acquired with a free gift:

  1. Cancellation Right: 
    If you have received a free product as part of your purchase, either when purchasing a package of products or by obtaining a specific amount, your right of withdrawal is conditional on the entire order being returned. This means that if you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, all products in the order, including the free gift, must be returned.
    2. Partial return: 
    In the event that you only want to return part of the order, it is not possible to get the money back for the returned goods. Instead, you have the following options:
    * Exchange: The returned goods can be exchanged for other goods of similar value.
    * Design: You can choose to have a voucher issued to a value equal to the returned goods.

Online orders from before April 22, 2025 cannot be exchanged in our store and please contact us at info@klarborg.com if one wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal or exchanging an item on an order from before April 22, 2025 

Return - 60 days full return policy

Once you have notified us that you will cancel your purchase within the 60 days, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You have to pay for the package yourself and it is you who are liable if an damage occurs during transport.

When returning, please use GLS (possibly via our return portal below) - not alternative package of distributors. As it allows the item to be traced if it should be away during return shipping. You should send the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please clearly write that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to have the price repaid. The item is asked properly and preferably in original packaging.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was needed to determine the nature, properties and the way it works, you can only regain part of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases it can mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back on the purchase card. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of the day we received your message that you will cancel the agreement.

We will reject the money for the same means of payment or debit card that you used at the purchase.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

These return rules apply to all goods sold as remote sales (to private) - this does not apply to goods purchased in our store and also not goods sold to businesses.

Note that donations to the Christmas Label Fund are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Contact right

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Purchase Act's rules apply to goods purchases. 
This means that you have the right of complaint for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you are advertising within two months of the error being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can repay your shipping costs.
