Prices

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the order day. Prices change continuously - and often from day to day. The buyer is invoiced at the price applicable on the order day. All prices are shown incl. VAT.

Get notified when the item is in stock

If you write your mail to get notified when the item is in stock, you will simply receive an email when the item is in stock again.
The item is by no means reserved for you and you can therefore find that the item is not in stock when you want to order. This feature is not a reservation, just a service notification that now the item is again in stock.
You just get a notification and then you have to go in and order. There may be 100 people written up, but if there is only 72pcs. In stock, it applies first come, first served. Therefore, one is not secured the item simply because your mail is written up.


Pre -order

Please note that when pre -order we process the order immediately after the order has been received. Therefore, you will receive a message that the order will be processed as soon as we have received the pre -ordered goods. Of course, we will only raise the money when the item is shipped. The money will therefore be reserved until the order is shipped, however a maximum of 3 months. 

If there are other items on the order, then they will be shipped only when the pre -ordered goods are in stock. 


PAYMENT

It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Edankort, Visa, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, PayPal, MobilePay & ViaBill.

The account information you enter when purchasing goods are sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) as it is only you and PBS that can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item departs from Etlyklarborg.dk.

We charge no transaction fees.

RESERVATION OF AMOUNTS:

If you pay with an international debit card (JCB, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa/Electron), the amount will be reserved immediately for up to 30 days or until the order is shipped.
If an order paid with one of the cards mentioned is canceled, it may take up to 30 days before the reserve is canceled in your account. Typically, the short issuer you need to remove the reservation if it is to be done within 30 days.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or 2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. 

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website. 
When paying with PayPal, the money can be reserved for up to 30 days or until the money is raised when sending the order. 

365 Swap guarantee

You have as a customer of Klarborg 365 days of barter guarantee from the day the item is purchased. You can exchange in our physical stores or via Etlyklarborg.dk. 
If you exchange via Etlyklarborg.dk you are liable for shipping costs, cf. our right of withdrawal and return right.
Swap guarantee means you can exchange one item for another, 365 days after the purchase. The money is not returned after 60 days.


FREIGHT

At Etlyklarborg.dk you can choose with and without distribution on your delivery. Etlyklarborg.dk uses GLS Denmark. Prices and conditions depend on the pricing of the cargo companies. Packages with distribution from 69kr. to 69kr. Packages without distribution from 39kr. to 39kr. (Denmark).

Free shipping in Denmark to GLS Package Shop when buying over 499kr.
Free shipping in Denmark with home delivery on orders over 999kr. 

Delivery time 1 - 3 business days. 
When delivery to parcel shop during busy periods, such as after Black Friday, situations may occur where the cargo company delivers to another parcel shop due to space problems. As countless packages are ordered this day and up to Christmas. 

If a package is sent with distribution (home delivery) then it is your own responsibility to be at home the day the package is delivered. If no one is taken at the address, the freight company will inform the customer if it is further. Have you been home, but the shipping company has not delivered the package. Then you have to contact us.
The vast majority of cargo companies require that you set up a power of attorney so that they must be allowed to put the package in an agreed location, without signature from the customer.

If an order comes back to us because it is not picked up in the selected parcel shop in time. Then we offset the real return costs we will be imposed by the freight company if the order is to be credited.


The condition of the item upon receipt

Please check the condition of the item upon receipt. During the shipping, a item can break, so you should always check the item and notify us if the item should be broken.


The risk of accidental downfall or deterioration

Only at the time when the ordered goods have arrived in the buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods will be destroyed or damaged due to accidental conditions, to the buyer.


GUARANTEE

Etlyklarborg.dk does not give an independent guarantee of the ordered goods, and the buyer obtains only the guarantees issued by the manufacturer to the buyer.

Cancellation right

As a consumer, you have 60 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The cancellation deadline expires 60 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means you have 60 days from receipt to notify us that you will undo your purchase. You can send an email to info@klarborg.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing receipt of the item without notifying us. You can easily and quickly buy return label here and get the return form Klarborg Return portal If you have any other questions, please feel free to send us an email on info@klarborg.com 

Cancellation of part of the purchase:

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. 
Please note that you will not get the shipping cost back if you regret part of your purchase. 

Orders purchased with gift card or voucher:

You cannot get money paid on orders purchased with gift cards or vouchers. If you regret the purchase, you will be issued a new gift card or voucher. 

Terms of returning products acquired with a free gift:

If you have received a free gift in connection with your purchase and you cancel the entire purchase, you must return the gift with a return. If you have taken the item in use or do you want to keep it, the value of the item will be deducted from the repayment.

Terms of buying collector packages and compound offers.

If you buy a collector package, it is considered one single product and parts of the collector package cannot be undone and returned. Therefore, if you regret the purchase, then all parts of the collector package must be returned.

Return - 60 days return policy

Once you have notified us that you will cancel your purchase within the 60 days, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You have to pay for the package yourself and it is you who are liable if an damage occurs during transport.

When returning, please use GLS (possibly via our return portal below) - not alternative package of distributors. As it allows the item to be traced if it should be away during return shipping. You should send the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please clearly write that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to have the price repaid. The item is asked properly and preferably in original packaging. 

Online orders from before April 22, 2025 cannot be exchanged in our store and please contact us at info@klarborg.com if one wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal or exchanging an item on an order from before April 22, 2025

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was needed to determine the nature, properties and the way it works, you can only regain part of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases it can mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back on the purchase card. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of the day we received your message that you will cancel the agreement.

We will reject the money for the same means of payment or debit card that you used at the purchase.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in person at the above address.

These return rules apply to all goods sold as remote sales (to private) - this does not apply to goods purchased in our store and also not goods sold to businesses.

Note that donations to the Christmas Label Fund are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Contact right

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Purchase Act's rules apply to goods purchases. 
This means that you have the right of complaint for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you are advertising within two months of the error being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can repay your shipping costs.

Personal Data Policy 

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, Address, tel. and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information needed to deliver the item to you. 

The personal data is registered with Klarborg ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. 

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process only information on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes. 

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. 

The data controller at Etlyklarborg.dk is Klarborg ApS. 

You have the right to inform what information we process about you.
If you think the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer needed in relation to the purpose we should use them for. Complaints

In order to complain, the item or service that you will complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000 for complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

Etly Klarborg, the amazing soul behind the clearborghis and the very actual Klarborg-The brand, has spent more than 30 years creating and sharing the most charming and chubby clearborgins. It all began back in 1986 when Etly Proudly opened his own cozy farm shop, and since then over 300 different sneezes have been born, each with their own unique name and personality. 

What inspires Etly To create these lovable clearborgs is heartwarming. They are either based on family members, friends she has met, the smiling faces of her stores, or even the most beautiful kids and babies. Every year we are lucky enough to receive countless loving messages filled with inspiration, heartwarming stories and wishes for new names, and this is something we appreciate deeply.
