The enchanting Nissehus - the place where the gnomes live
The four Sundays of Advent have the forest by Etly Klarborgs Workshop and shop for years stood on the other end. The reason is that the gnomes who live here are busy having fun about their guests, teasing and playing with all children looking past. The Nissehuset has become a tradition many locals associate with Christmas and who draw guests from all over the country.
Santa House In the forest is the epitome of Christmas and fun! And since 2004 it has been open to visitors, all 4 Sundays in Advent. Many people come every year to get their annual dose of Christmas concentrate in the adventurous house where Etly Klarborgs Elfs Tumbles around the woods and peace and quiet lowering inside doors.
The walk to the Nissehuset starts at Shop Gammelbo, through the dark forest of cozy paths. From start to finish is portrayed so you shouldn't get lost. Unless a teasing has turned one of them. When you approach the Nissehuset, you might be able to hear the gnomes giggling or laughing from the forest - and if you are lucky, you see one of them! Santa Claus himself welcomes you at the Nissehuset, and he loves to talk to the little ones and if you have been sweet, then he has goodies in his pocket that you are allowed to taste. He also likes to put up a picture if you wish.
Inside the Santa House itself one cannot buy the popular Elfs, But apple slices, mulled wine and soda. And then you are welcome to stay seated and just enjoy the old -fashioned, cozy Christmas atmosphere. In the Nissehuset, both large and small can gather forces, get the heat and enjoy themselves in the enchanting surroundings. You can't help but get in the Christmas mood if you have visited the Nissehuset - we guarantee it!

The path is coated with wood chips and can be soft at times due to rainy weather.
